Our service areas include La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Bucerías, Nuevo Vallarta, and key neighborhoods of Puerto Vallarta, including the oceanfront areas, Fluvial Vallarta, and Los Sauces.

Our company was originally founded in Portland, Oregon, in 2001, where we built a strong foundation in real estate investment and property management. As our experience and client base grew, we expanded into the Puerto Vallarta region, bringing with us the same professional standards, systems, and commitment to service that defined our success in the U.S.

Ana Lau Barrón

General and Operations Manager

Ana is responsible for the company’s daily operations and the proper execution of our processes. Together with Sean, she designs growth and continuous improvement strategies, ensuring that property owners and tenants receive efficient, organized, and reliable service.

Naomi Zárate

Operations Assistant (Puerto Vallarta)

Naomi is responsible for the operational management of properties in the Puerto Vallarta market. She oversees the proper functioning of the properties, coordinates day-to-day needs, and supports both owners and tenants.

Leasing Team

Diana is in charge of publishing new properties on our platforms, writing engaging property descriptions, and managing tenant references. Her work is key to ensuring organized and well-documented leasing processes.

Luis Morales

Technology and Processes (IT)

Luis leads technological development and the optimization of internal processes. He consistently implements improvements that strengthen our operations, making management and communication systems more efficient.

Jorge Gaxiola

Residential Maintenance (GJaxi)

Jorge, through his company GJaxi, is our strategic partner in residential maintenance. He is our right-hand resource for repairs, technical supervision, and emergency response, ensuring each property remains in excellent condition.

Accounting and Payments

Rebekay and Victoria manage all matters related to accounting, payments, and financial control. Their work ensures transparency, administrative order, and timely compliance with financial obligations.
